Access to Thrive is available exclusively through referrals from healthcare providers, health plans, employers, or sponsors.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS
To enroll in Thrive, you will require your unique "Enrollment Token", which may have been provided through:

<li>An email from "Thrive Team" (thriveteam@mytimetothrive.com)</li>
<li>A brochure distributed by your healthcare provider</li>
<li>A letter from your health plan via postal mail</li>
</ul>
Upon launching the Thrive app, select your provider and proceed to enroll using the provided token. For users already registered through a browser, direct login with email credentials is sufficient.

<li>Thrive operates solely as a software application; no direct interaction with coaches or clinicians is facilitated.</li>
